Ava at 12 Months
1. Ava is taking a few steps by herself. The most she has taken is 8 two days after her 1st birthday.
2. She likes to push her babies in their baby stroller.
3. When she drops something, she says "uh oh".
4. She says, "wow" when she sees something she likes.
5. She prefers to feed herself rather than be spoon fed. When the spoon is headed for her mouth she turns her head.
6. She really enjoys swimming lessons and swimming in her little pool.
7. She lets daddy rock here to sleep at night, but when mommy tries she wiggles around to try to crawl over my shoulder or convinces me to read her a book or just wants in floor to play. Every once in a while she will fall asleep on my shoulder and I just love it!
8. She tries to have conversations with us.......like she says "yayayaya" and we repeat and then we say "dadadada" and she repeats. Then she will laugh.
