Ava's 2nd Easter

Ava really enjoyed Easter this year. She went to two Easter Egg hunts....she preferred to open the eggs immediately to check for chocolate. The Easter bunny came to see her, but she didn't really understand the concept quite yet.

Ava at 22 months

1. Ava can say or attempt to say all words. It is really cute when she says big words like alligator or hippopotamus
2. She really enjoys helping me clean the house. She follows me with an extra duster or mop.
3. She likes to sleep with a pillow, paci, blankie, bunny, lamb, zebra, another lamb, another bunny and a baby. Her bed looks like a zoo in the morning. When we lay her down she says, "pillow?"....so we will put her head on pillow, "bunny?"...so we will hand her the bunny and so on until everything has been named and is in her arms.
4. When I leave for the night, I say, "Night night. Love you." and as soon as I start to close the door, Ava says, "night night. luuuvv u." It is so sweet
5. Ava initiates telling us she loves us. She will look at me and say, "luuvv u. kiss"
6. She hugs all of her friends....we call her the little lover
7. She likes to find little things from my bathroom like deodorant and foot lotion and play with them.
8. When I put deodorant on, she lifts her arms and shirt and wants some too
9. She really likes to dig in my purse and find my wallet and gum, but that is a big "no. no", because she lost my library card and museum card from playing with it
10. She gets very excited when I turn Sesame Street on and says "chair!" and climbs up on the couch to watch and dance.
